Routing, reminders and digests are never gated. The self-updating PR message, escalation chain and daily digest run on every plan, including Free. Plans control model spend, MCP access and the number of watched repositories.
The trial lasts 14 days, needs no card and becomes Free automatically. An unpaid subscription keeps its plan for 7 days while payment is retried, then becomes Free. Downgrading deletes nothing.

Who counts as a committer?
Anyone whose commit landed on a watched repository’s default branch in the last 30 days, counted once across repositories. Bots and coding-agent accounts are excluded. PullPulse refreshes the count daily from GitHub. App Home and /pullpulse billing show your usage against the plan.
What is an AI task?
One model call: a brief, an agent answer, an embedding or a weekly pulse. Complexity ratings are deterministic and never consume AI tasks, so the queue stays ranked even after the allowance runs out.
